No piercing required. The cuff hooks over the small part of the ear cartilage.

Best suited to an ear lobe cartilage width of 8 - 9mm (inner edge to outer edge)
Ear Cuff Length: 25mm, Width: 3mm, Thickness: 1.3mm. Internal width: 8mm.
